Where we sit, how the environment is arranged, and the presence of the natural world all shape the experience.
I work in two distinct environments, each offering a different kind of support, held with the same level of care and intention.
The space is part of the medicine.
Indoor Space - Manitou Springs, CO
This space is more contained and structured, offering a sense of enclosure and steadiness.
The environment is intentionally arranged to support safety, comfort and inward focus.
For some, this setting allows for a deeper sense of grounding and ease, particularly for those who feel more supported in a contained environment.
This is my primary, year-round ceremony space.
Outdoor Space - Cripple Creek, CO
This space is held in the Rocky Mountains, outdoors, in direct relationship with the land.
The natural environment becomes part of the experience: the air, the sounds, the smells, the shifting light.
It offers a more open and expansive setting, which can feel deeply supportive for the nervous system depending on individual needs.
This space is seasonal and available during the warmer months.
