“We are all just walking each other home”

About Me
My work lives at the meeting point of natural medicine support, somatic practice, sound healing, ceremony, and seasonal attunement. I come from an Irish Celtic ancestral line that shapes how I hold space: quiet, grounded, relational, and attuned to thresholds. My training in yoga, somatics, and sound healing has taught me that real transformation is not performance. It is the intentional tending of the inner field.
I come to this work with decades of lived experience in natural medicine spaces, long before a legal pathway existed. These years cultivated a genuine relationship with the medicine that is steady, humble, and deeply attuned. This relationship informs how I listen, how I remain present in the deeper currents of someone’s process, and how I support complex moments of healing with clarity and care.
I work legally and ethically within Colorado’s Natural Medicine Act, offering harm reduction support, preparation, and integration for people engaging with natural medicines. Although my practice is rooted in Colorado, many clients travel from out of state and abroad because they are seeking a grounded, discerning, and deeply held approach. I support each person in moving at a pace their nervous system can genuinely sustain.
My orientation is shaped by trauma aware principles, a non hierarchical ethic, and a commitment to honoring lineage, legality, and genuine care. I do not position myself above the people I serve. The work is relational, mutual, and accountable.
I am a licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator, a certified sound healing practitioner, an experienced somatic guide, and an RYT 500 teacher trained in yogic philosophy and subtle body practice. These lineages and trainings form the foundation beneath everything I offer, including ceremony, seasonal work, and natural medicine support.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to meet people with clarity, attunement, and reverence, and to support them as they move through meaningful thresholds of their own healing.
Who I Work With
I work with people who are standing at a threshold, those who sense something shifting in their lives and are ready to meet it with honesty. My work resonates with individuals who value integrity, depth, and a slower, more sustainable pace of change.
I work in two parallel streams. One is my licensed work within Colorado’s legal Natural Medicine framework, where services are provided in a regulated healing center. The other is my ceremonial work, rooted in earth based practice, sound, seasonal rhythms, and ancestral tradition.
These streams remain separate, but they shape how I listen, how I hold space, and how I support meaningful, lasting change.
People I Work Well With
• Those moving through transition or identity shift
When something in your life is rearranging, grief, a major change, a spiritual opening, or a quiet unraveling. You want support that is steady, grounded, and non-dramatic.
• Those preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences
You want careful preparation, thoughtful integration, and an experienced facilitator who works with integrity, clarity, and care. Someone who takes this work seriously. I offer preparation, integration, harm-reduction support, and facilitation aligned with Colorado’s Natural Medicine framework.
• Anyone rebuilding a relationship with the body
For people who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to trust their own inner signals, and want to return to a sense of safety and belonging within themselves.
• Those drawn to earth-based ritual and seasonal practice
People who feel nourished by nature, who move with the rhythms of the seasons, or who sense their healing is intertwined with land, ancestry, and the living world.
• Anyone tired of performance culture in spiritual spaces
If you are done with posturing, big energy, and curated identities, and long for a space where honesty, humility, care, and genuine attunement matter more than appearances.
• Those ready for change that is deep and slow enough to last
This work is not about intensity or peak experiences. It is about capacity, timing, integration, and transformation that holds up in real life.
• People called to lineage or ancestral healing
Those who sense their healing is connected to inherited patterns, family history, or deeper stories carried through land and lineage, and want a steady, respectful space to engage that work with reverence and clarity.
If You See Yourself Here
If you value depth more than drama.
If you are willing to meet yourself without rushing.
If you want a guide who holds space with care, clarity, ethics, and attunement.
You are in the right place.
Holding Clean Containers
I offer this work with care, clarity, and honesty, and part of holding a clean container is naming where I am not the right fit.
Who I Am Not the Right Fit For
• People seeking intensity over depth
If the goal is peak states, spectacle, or a “big experience,” this container will likely not meet what you are looking for. The work I offer unfolds in quieter, deeper layers.
• People wanting rapid breakthroughs without the labor of preparation and integration
This path asks something of you. If you are not willing to engage your own process before and after the journey, this work will not be supportive.
• Anyone in acute mental health crisis or needing clinical intervention
I do not diagnose, treat, or provide crisis support, and I do not work within a medical model. The work I hold requires a baseline of stability and appropriate external support when needed.
• People drawn to guru dynamics, performance, or spiritual theatrics
The spaces I hold are grounded, relational, and authentic. I do not participate in hierarchies, curated personas, or spiritual showmanship.
• People avoiding their own shadow
This work meets you where you are. If you are looking for a way around difficult truths rather than a way through them, I am not the right space holder for you.
• Anyone wanting shortcuts, certainties, or promised outcomes
I work with what is real, not what is marketed. I do not offer guarantees, predictions, or quick fixes. Meaningful change takes time.
My Approach
The spaces I hold are shaped by earth, breath, and a kind of quiet attunement that lets the deeper layers come forward. They are warm, steady places where your system can soften its defenses and settle back into itself. Safety here is not a rule. It is a felt sense that comes from a strong container, thoughtful pacing, and the steadiness I bring from years of tending this work with devotion.
My approach is non-directive and deeply intuitive. I follow the movement of your inner world rather than steering it. Nothing is pushed. Nothing is forced. I listen for the subtle shifts, the quiet openings, the places where your own wisdom begins to speak. The work unfolds in the rhythm of your body, the pace of your breath, the timing that belongs to you alone.
My work is guided by a steady set of values rooted deep within me and lived in every part of my practice. I move with sovereignty and reciprocity. I stay in integrity and devotion. I listen with presence, attunement, and restraint. And I trust right timing. These are the currents beneath every session, the unseen threads that shape how I hold you and how I hold the space itself.
My lived experience is part of the medicine I carry. It teaches me how to stay grounded so that you can explore your own terrain without judgment or pressure. You are met as you are. You are held without being shaped. You are guided without being directed. And the space itself becomes the ground where something true can emerge.
Ethical & Legal Orientation
I work within both legally recognized pathways in Colorado: the regulated licensed-facilitator model and the community-based ceremonial path. I am a licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator, and I clearly distinguish these forms of practice while staying aligned with the legal framework established by the Natural Medicine Health Act.
I support people in preparation, facilitation, and integration within Colorado’s legal natural medicine structure, as well as in spiritual and community-based ceremonial settings. Harm reduction is central to all of my work. I provide information, support, and grounded guidance so individuals can make informed choices and engage with this work as safely as possible.
All of my regulated work follows Colorado’s legal guidelines and is held with clear boundaries, transparency, and responsibility. I do not offer medical or clinical services, and I do not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed outcomes.
